Refund Policy
Due to the nature of aesthetic and cosmetic treatments, we do not offer full or partial refunds on any treatments or services once they have been provided.
Results may vary between individuals and therefore refunds cannot be issued based on dissatisfaction with results.
Deposits paid to secure appointments are non-refundable.
If you have any concerns following your treatment, please contact the clinic and we will do our best to assist you.
We require at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the loss of the deposit.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in:
• 100% of the treatment cost being charged for prescription treatments
• 50% of the treatment cost being charged for other treatments
The clinic reserves the right to refuse future bookings for repeated missed appointments.
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointment.
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may incur a £10 late fee.
• Arrivals 20 minutes late or more may result in appointment cancellation and loss of the deposit.
This is necessary to avoid disrupting other scheduled clients.
Appointments may be rescheduled once using the same deposit.
Any further changes may require a new booking and deposit.
Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the appointment.
