Lemon Bottle Fat Dissolving for the Upper Arms is a non-surgical injectable treatment designed to reduce stubborn fat deposits in the upper arm area. Many people experience pockets of fat around the arms that can be difficult to reduce through exercise alone.
This advanced lipolysis treatment works by injecting a specialised fat-dissolving solution directly into the targeted area. The solution breaks down fat cells, which are then naturally processed and removed by the body through the lymphatic system over time.
The treatment helps contour and slim the upper arms, improving their overall shape and definition. Each arm is treated individually to ensure balanced and precise fat reduction.
The procedure is quick, minimally invasive, and requires little to no downtime, making it a popular alternative to surgical fat removal.
Who Is This Treatment For?
This treatment may be suitable for individuals who:
• Have stubborn fat on the upper arms that does not improve with exercise
• Want slimmer and more defined arms
• Are looking for a non-surgical body contouring treatment
• Are close to their ideal weight but have localized fat deposits
• Want a treatment with minimal downtime and natural-looking results
This treatment works best for individuals with small to moderate fat deposits and good skin elasticity.
Why Choose Lemon Bottle Fat Dissolving?
Targets stubborn arm fat
Designed to break down fat cells in areas that are often difficult to reduce through diet and exercise.
Non-surgical treatment
Achieve more contoured arms without surgery, incisions, or lengthy recovery times.
Quick treatment sessions
Appointments typically take around 20–30 minutes, making the procedure convenient and efficient.
Gradual natural results
Fat cells are naturally eliminated by the body over several weeks, improving the contour of the arms.
Long-lasting fat reduction
Once the treated fat cells are removed, they do not regenerate, helping maintain results when combined with a healthy lifestyle.
AfterCare
Avoid Wearing Make-Up
Clients should refrain from applying make-up for at least 24 hours following treatment. This gives the skin time to recover and reduces the risk of product entering the injection sites, which could cause irritation or infection.
Delay Additional Treatments
Although patients may wish to enhance their results with further procedures, it’s important to allow the skin adequate time to heal. Additional treatments should be postponed for a minimum of two weeks. If visiting another practitioner, clients must inform them of their recent treatment, as the skin may remain more sensitive than usual.
Maintain Hydration
Encourage clients to drink plenty of water after treatment. Many skin boosters contain hyaluronic acid (HA), which attracts and retains moisture. Staying hydrated helps to optimise and prolong the treatment’s benefits.
Limit Sun Exposure
Direct sun exposure should be avoided immediately after treatment, as it can increase inflammation and compromise the healing process. If sun exposure is unavoidable, clients should apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher and wear protective clothing, such as a wide-brimmed hat.
Avoid Excessive Heat
Activities that expose the skin to high temperatures - such as saunas, steam rooms, or very hot showers - should be avoided during recovery. Excess heat can worsen swelling, bruising, and irritation.
Steer Clear of Certain Substances
Alcohol, smoking, and certain medications (such as ibuprofen) can increase the likelihood of swelling and bruising due to their effects on blood flow. Clients should avoid these for at least 24 hours post-treatment. For suitable pain relief options, they should consult a pharmacist.
Minimise Pressure and Touching
The treated area should be handled gently. Clients should avoid applying pressure - such as lying directly on the area - and refrain from unnecessary touching for at least 24 hours to reduce the risk of infection.
Pause Strenuous Exercise
Intense physical activity should be avoided for 24 hours after treatment, as increased blood flow and perspiration may contribute to additional swelling or bruising. Light activities, such as gentle walking, are generally acceptable.
